before soul reincarnates , the lords of karma goes through that souls records and pinpoints the lessons that it needs to master. the debits that the soul incurred determines the conditions that will await it at birth.

The fact that you don't remember your past lives does not mean it does not exist just like the fact that you can't see electromagnetic waves does not negate its existence. There are many people on earth today who remember their past lives and of course there are lots of documents floating around on the internet.

In Eckankar we are not interested in proving anything to anybody or in lengthy arguments. We present the truth as we know it and give you the tools to prove it to yourself if you are interested.

The fact still remains that once you translate from this physical existence you will see for yourself who is telling the truth and who is the liar.

Foods to be taken is an individual thing. You should be able to know the foods that is good for you physically bearing in mind that one man's food is another man's poison.
