A law firm into the publishing of Supreme Court decisions with offices in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja requires the position of GM (finance and administration) and National Sales Manager to be filled by experienced and capable people.



GENERAL MANAGER

Job Qualifications, Experience and Technical Competencies

* Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in business, finance, accounting or other related disciplines
* A Masters or an MBA in finance will be an added advantage.
* minimum Ten years business development experience in a senior or similar position in a medium scale organization
* proven track record of significantly improving the bottom line.
* experience with budgeting processes


REQUIREMENTS:

* A qualified Chartered Accountant with strong financial management and strategic finance track record.
* The ability to negotiate with various financial institutions, customers and services providers that requires assertiveness and excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Demonstrate well-developed leadership qualities.
* A Strategic thinker who has excellent customer orientation, is results driven and has demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of strategies.
* Fully Computer Literate and advanced proficiency on financial systems.
* Knowledge of budgetary and treasury functions
* Dedication to the promotion and practice of good governance.
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* demonstrated ability to build teamwork with and across multiple disciplines and professionals

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in business or other related disciplines( humanities, social sciences or management science)
* A Masters or an MBA will be an added advantage.
* minimum seven years business development experience in a similar position for a minimum of a medium scale organization
* proven track record of significantly increasing year-to-year sales
* experience with budgeting processes
