Summary of Responsibilities

Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrativesupport in order to ensure that our services are provided in an effective and efficientmanner
Details of Responsibilities

Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Coordinate and schedule deliveries
Process expense vouchers, invoices and other documents for payment.
Disburse and manage petty cash
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with accounts reconciliation
Run errands for the company
Assist with preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
Any other relevant assignment
Provide administrative assistance to other Streamwhen required
Required Qualifications

WASC/SSCE or OND
Required Skills & Experience

1 Year post qualification work experience. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills; Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint Skills
