They can get one from the Chinese, (albeit) a cheap and similar model with as much fire power.

Erm. UAV requires a monitoring station. A well trained ground crew [Like pilots] etc. All of these are provided by a company that appear to make these things exclusively for the US army. I don't remember the Chinese having Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. The only other nation that makes one I think is Israel and they wont touch the ND militant with a barge pole.

Chinese do not make one or have one for export market from what I can see is what am trying to tell you.

Any number of countries has access to UAV technology. Please take your pick from the following countries:
