[size=13pt]I was just watching TV some minutes ago and a lawyer was being interviewed over some politicians issues with the judiciary and PMB's remark that the judiciary was his headache.

She said many things but one thing she said it is the same judiciary that exercised some discretion, choosing to leave all those pre-election petitions against Buhari unsorted out just so that the country can go forward. She said if we want to come down to it, have those issues/petitions been sorted out?

She said the judiciary decided to let it be for the reasons given above and they were praised then, glowingly. This she said in response to PMB's remark that the judiciary was his headache and some political factions suddenly questioning the decisions of the Supreme court.

On this point, the is very correct and on point. Those serious issues brought up against Buhari are still unresolved and it was the judiciary that ensured it was so. The judiciary are there to maintain a balance. I think it is very immature to have issues with the judicial arm of the governmnt, only when it does not seem to favour you

My sister leave 'matter for Mathias'.
That is what makes them wailing wailers, they keep crying senselessly and ceaselessly for something they have no power over it.

[size=13pt]She is not threatening to do it. She is not the one who sued then Rtd General Buhari to court.
She just made the point that the lawyers who did and in whose chambers the cases are (in fact the generality of the judiciary) chose to not push on that matter, trying to remind Buhari that he currently benefits from their goodwill and that on such occasions, they are spoken of as great but are disparaged when unfavourable judgments are given
