I thought security officials are meant to enforce law and order.Contrary to this,a law enforcement official in Lagos was spotted trying to "hijack" a tanker in the metropolis.The reason for this shameful act is not known.No matter the offence,there are better ways of discharging his duty.This is a big insult to Nigeria
