That place is not a toilet but its as dirty as public toilet. Intact, some public toilets are way neater than this. This is an eyesore. Haba.. Relevant authority should please do the needful

Have you ever entered any pure water factory before? I doubt it.

Pure water factories usually have their floors tiled that way.

But the tile tends to tarnish after years of use.

Because you see tarnished white tiles on the floor does not make that place a toilet.

Did you see any water cistern/water closet installed there?

Or do you think it is only toilets that use white tiles on the floor?

@blazer. I have not been to a pure water factory before,but atleast I use toilets and know one when I see it. Would you drink water if you knew its packaged in this place? Honest answer please.
