This is very dangerous

It would have been smarter to keep the Boko Haram issue local, by openly joining this coalition Nigeria has simply escalated the ISIS dimension to this Boko Haram war.

It is possible to cooperate with all Nations of the world including Arab Nations without being part of this Islamic movement

Use your head. When Bush set up a coalition to invade Iraq he didn't call it a "Christian coalition". If he did, non-Christians would have no business joining. If you call a coalition "Islamic", it means only Islamists should belong to it. Nigeria is not an Islamic state, so should not belong to a coalition of Islamic states. If you take Nigeria into that coalition, you are violating our constitution!

Please reason with your head for once. There are other means of fighting terrorism not forming coalitions with those Arabs who are the cause of terrorism.

i give up on you. Buhari as systematically islamize nigeria? If yes, go to court of law and seek for redress since its uncostitutional, but do you know Nigeria is member of (IOC) ISLAMIC organisation congress and your god GEJ do attend their annual head of state meetings.

i actually blame the president for not making things clear at home before making the move abroad. the coalition stems from an admition that some sons and daughters of islam have by perversion created terror and we of islam wish to stand against it.

for a long time islamic nations have been sitting on the fence instead of a direct stance against terrorism. now that they have it is rather better for the world to give them the support they need. nigeria without doubt has a large muslim population.

so, either directly or indirectly nigeria should be involved considering we have our own home grown terror group. this coming out against terrorism would deter adherens and a voice that says the fathers of islamic faith see such groups as unislamic.

It is very likely he didn't b/c Garba Shehu issued a statement in Feb that Nigeria was not joining the coalition.
