BUT MEANWHILE,

WOMAN
● changes her name

● changes her home

● leaves her family

● moves in with you

● builds a home with you

● gets pregnant for you

● pregnancy changes her body

● she gets fat

● almost gives up in the labour room due to the unbearable pain of child birth

● even the kids she delivers bear your name

Till the day she dies... everything she does... cooking, cleaning your house, taking care of your parents, bringing up your children, earning, advising you, ensuring you can be relaxed, maintaining all family relations, everything that benefit you..... sometimes at the cost of her own health, hobbies and beauty.

So who is really doing whom a favour?

Dear men, appreciate the women in your lives always, because it is not easy to be a woman.

The op Is right.... such questions should be asked after ur interview when the interviewer asks you " do you have any questions for us?" asking such questions has helped me through all interviews I have attended as I later got to find out the interviewers were impressed by my the questions I asked which are very similar to what the OP wrote up there.... it makes you look intelligent in their eyes and sets you aside from the crowd and give you higher credibility....

Unless otherwise stated, job interviews are not supposed to be one-sided. While it is normal for a recruiter to ask questions during an interview, it is necessary, if not essential, that interviewees ask questions of their own in return. As a potential employee, you should ask questions to:

– Ensure that the interviewer has no reservations about you.

– Demonstrate your interest in the employer.

– Find out if you feel the employer is the right fit for you.

Three to five questions is a good range. Have more than three prepared, because chances are, some of these questions will be answered during the interview.

These five questions are a great start:

1. What skills and experiences would make an ideal candidate?
This open-ended question allows the interviewer to tell you what they are looking for.

2. What is the single largest problem facing your staff?

This shows the interviewer that you are trying to find out how you can fit in the part of the team. It also shows your ability to think like an engaged team member.

3. What do you like most about working here?
This will hopefully provide insight into how satisfied employees are with working at the organization. It may also provide insight into the company culture.

4. How has this position evolved since it was created?
You will find out how the role has changed over the years. This will help you find out if there is potential for growth in the position.

5. What constitutes success in this position and in this organisation?
This will show you whether your definition of success is in line with that of the organisation and it will help you find out if the organisation is a good fit for your career.

And two more:

6. Can you tell me about the team I’ll be working with?
Note that you said ‘will’; you are speaking like you already have the job. This is an important question because it will help you find out what kind of people you will interact with on a daily basis, so pay attention to the answer.

7. What is the top priority of the person in this position over the next three months?
This will help you form an idea of what to focus on when you start so that you can make a good first impression.

By asking these questions, you show confidence and interest in the vacant position and the organisation as a whole. Good luck in your next interview.

What other questions can you ask your interviewer? ****

This is one of the most craziest and silly interview advice I've seen in a while. Asking those questions portrays you as someone who doesn't know anything about the company you're about to join.

Instead of asking, tell them why you're joining..i.e because of the staff togetherness, good working environment and their advancement program initiatives.

Most good companies out there proudly narrates how successful and happy their employees are on their websites. They teĺl you how to climb the ladder and what program is in place to achieve your goals. Job descriptions is also available on the website before applying.

Asking what skills and experience they are looking for makes you a dullard and unprepared. You have to have the skills and experience before applying for any position.

The only question you should ask a potential employer is " how does one move from this position to a higher one and what advancement program do they have in place". THAT ALONE PUTS YOU ABOVE ALL. IT SHOWS YOU WANT TO BE IN THE COMPANY FOR LONGER TERM.

Most times, after confidently answering all questions and telling them what you know about the position and the pay package, its good to just shut it.

Re: Five Questions You Should Ask During An Interview by Lantean(m): 2:58pm On Mar 08, 2016
Duuude, (presuming you're a guy) I believe you got this of the web.
Well, here's my opinion:
nairalandbuzz:
1. What skills and experiences would make an ideal candidate?
This woulda been answered in the Job description, before you applied. But if you make a mistake of asking so at the interview, damn, you'll be passing yourself off as a slowpoke/idiot/fool (take a pick, they all mean the same), or you're trying to impress the interviewer which is lame and desperate, or you didn't read the advert thoroughly before applying and that makes you look negligent. Now why would a would-be employer employ a slowpoke, low self esteem, or negligent person.

nairalandbuzz:
2. What is the single largest problem facing your staff?
and...
nairalandbuzz:
6. Can you tell me about the team I’ll be working with?
You either get a "... you'll know that when you join us " or you've made the interviewer annoyed 'cos you've just told him that if he can't answer that at all, then he is very incompetent.
Now why should you pass the interview when you can turn out to be a nosy guy or one who thinks his a smart asss.

nairalandbuzz:
3. What do you like most about working here?
That question is outright RUDE. The interviewer might be amused and even tell you you're a funny chap. But did he's gonna hate your guts cos you just put him on the spot rather than the other way round.
Forget it, you've already lost the job without getting it at all.

nairalandbuzz:
4. How has this position evolved since it was created?
My opinion is same as above. Additionally, you're asking a very technical question from probably the most inappropriate personnel.

nairalandbuzz:
5. What constitutes success in this position and in this organisation?
and...
nairalandbuzz:
7. What is the top priority of the person in this position over the next three months?
For you, the employee, meeting given targets, carrying out your duties efficiently bearing in mind the attainment of organizations objectives. You'll be expected to know this
If you ask this at all, you MUST BE VERY SLOW.

What I suggest is, just dress appropriately, read up about the company before the interview, take relevant materials with you, relax and just be confident.
When I attend interviews, this is what I think before I go in: They can throw a hundred questions at once at me, I'll set the pace because I can only answer one at a time. They may laugh at me during the session over something, I will still hold their gaze, undeterred cos i 'm not amused. They ain't gonna kill me, 'worst they can say is they'll keep me informed of their decision (mild way of saying i failed the interview). It's their loss, I'm moving on.

Finally, employers don't like arrogant interviewees/employees. Not even in GTBank where you got that post from. So no one who asks any of the above questions during an interview will find favour with the interviewers but I stand corrected.

I can't say what gave me the offer letter. So many things contribute to getting an offer. Answer any question to the best of your knowledge.

Doesn't make sense..

Most interviewers are staffs and if they think you are too smart or intelligent than them and you could overtake them after you got the job.. Their answer would be NO.
