Customers in our saying are “kings”. Having quality products or services, good brands are what every organization sought for, as much as it is important to make these factors available as they contribute to sales but the ability of any organization to deliver the products to the final consumer who will be satisfied and happy to come back again should be a major concern.
It does not matter how fanatics a products is, if it has not gotten customer approval it is not fantastic yet.
HOW DO YOU MANAGE DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS?

Tom is a customer to James and Julie Ltd, he seems to be one of the company’s best customer in terms of patronage. For whatever reason Tom bought one of the products which he was not pleased with, now Tom angrily came back to the office and he was walking straight to the manager’s office, at that point the manager was in a strategic meeting.
