Which NEPA Office dat doesnt use Gen. Even at Kainji Power Electric Station they use gen.
NEPA @ PW,Kubwa,ABUJA use "I pass my neighbour" gen.

Why wouldn't them resort to gen set when what they are after is to present inflated bills notwithstanding the transformer broke down for quite long.

there's hardly any nepa office you see without a generator set. they are also victims of blackout too

Not surprising to me. The NEPA/PHCN office at Area 3 Abuja also had their generator running when I passed by that area today morning. That's Nigeria for you.
