Direct Entry is a platform created by JAMB, meant for all graduates of National Diploma (ND),National College of Education (NCE) or its equivalent (e.g Cambridge A Level, HND, ICAN,IJMB etc).
The platform allows the graduates with above qualifications to cross into 200 level in a university of their choices to complete a University Degree.

PROCEDURES
Interested Candidates are expected to:
1. Obtain Direct Entry Form (Although, the price for 2015 DE is yet unknown)
2. Register and Choose any TWO University of their choices
3. Submit the application slip to the nearest JAMB office
5. Register for Direct Entry screening in their selected University
6. Follow-up for their admission.

TIP: Make sure you know the minimum requirements of your University of choice as of last year.

Now, the form is yet to be out, so, you have enough time to make some research on the university of your choice. Their requirement for Direct Entry is mostly the same with the Post-UTME.
Note that some universities do Accept lower credit (the candidate must possess at least 6 credits in SSCE)
