Since you say you've tried all the steps you saw online, then I'll advice you restore your os or reload it.

Restore your operating system or reload it.

If you're restoring, make sure it is connected to light, it can take more than 1:30mins.

Am having this issue on my pc it off immediately without no battery low notification i notice it make a clicking sound before shutting down this only happens on battery mode not when it's connected to a power source.

Is the ba3 OK? Have you tried another ba3, u can bring it to us for check up if you're in Lagos.

Power it on with ba3 alone without charger,does it power on?

Try another battery first and observe.. You don't have to buy it, u can test it first or look for someone with same laptop and test.

In most cases such hard drive can be used as external since the system can still detect it, you can troubleshoot hard drive if you are good in it, you can watch videos on you tube on how to go about it, you just need to lose it
