Meanwhile with the current covid outbreak in the EPL, the Afcon might be missing some EPL stars. Leicester being the latest to report an outbreak, other teams will soon follow. The challenge is that whoever gets it would need recovery time and I foresee countries setting up tough protocols on international travels. The English championship is not some treasure trove jaw dropping talent if not you would have been seeing them in other leagues. Can you imagine a player in Reading or Bournemouth getting signed by say Dortmund going on to win the league in his first season?
