I think Nigeria has a bright chance lifting this cup. We need to keep working to get better. 2 Likes |

We have got several reality checks from supposedly small teams before this tourney. I see no “small” team surprising us. They will do the Lord’s work with the likes of Algeria, and we will handle them mercilessly 6 Likes |

komekn: Now , it's obvious all you care about is how to flood our dear SE with your borough boy. It's become quite clear you have no emotional attachment to Nigerian , hence you run any home grown Nigeria talent. |

komekn:I don’t know how long it takes to switch allegiances from one country to the other, what I’m saying here is that I don’t like the way Pinnick goes about it. Let the guys that are passionate about playing for us be given an opportunity , then leave the ones using the whole country to catch cruise. There are more talented footballers in Nigeria than the whole of England, If the federation can invest in the league and harness its potentials, we won’t be begging any mediocre players to come play for us. Super eagles is a big brand. If things are done right, all these boys will be the ones clamoring to put on the GWG. 10 Likes |

IDENNAA: I commend you, for the depth of your unbiased insight you have uncovered what only God can really do, read a man's mind and know what he is thinking. You are so exact in your deduction , that the opportunity to contend with you will make any propoenent a rabble rouser and noise maker. So I maintain silence. You are very correct , I unduly praised , commended, endorsed and stood up for the players listed below because they were all born and bred in the UK and as you put it they are all "borough boys" Odion Ighalo Obagoal Ndidi Onyekuru Etebo Awoniyi Olayinka Yobo Mikel Musa Onuachu Simi To name just a few. 2 Likes |

Triniti: You may find it hard to believe ,I think ( l could be wrong) but I have known Amaju for a bit of time. With respect you really don't know what he does in England. Who are the mediocre players you are talking about, please name them one by be one❓ There are more people in Nigeria than the UK and should be more footballers than the UK. Talent and potential not nurtured, developed and supported will amount to nothing unfortunately. You are talking optimistic projection not in reality of the present day situation. I think you should review your approach and not ASSUMPTIVE in the negative. There are more potential professors in Nigeria than the UK . But in reality our government does not invest in its human capital and as a consequence there is not. The Bible says "God is not mocked, What a man sows he will reap" If we plant peanuts we are not going to harvest Yam Sorry but this the TRUTH. |

IDENNAA:Dude you are a big clown and you don't know it, is the gang violence in the black neighborhoods also due to oppression? The George Floyd you mentioned (despite not deserving that kind of death) was a criminal. Nigerians also burn criminals and practice jungle justice, is that also oppression. I said it earlier that you have no idea what you are talking about whether it is sports related or otherwise. 4 Likes 1 Share |

IDENNAA:My people, wonders shall never end. IDENNA you see what bias can do to a person? I don't want to mention it yet I can't resist saying it. So you know Aribo plays in lowly Scottish league, Iwobi struggling in mid table premiership club, Ajayi championship but where does your beloved Nwakali play? Haba haba I simply don't trust your judgment in these matters just as I don't trust komekn's. Both of you are opposite sides of the same coin minted out of strong, almost irrational bias. 14 Likes 1 Share |

The way SiMoses has performed, when Lookman and Dennis come in March it sure gonna be hard for them to be considered in the starting line up. That said, Chuks should up his game too, to make it even more harder. |
