The Super Eagles of Nigeria have been drawn in Group D of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.

At the draw held at CAF headquarters in Cairo Thursday, three-time African champions Nigeria were thrown in the same pool as Tanzania, Comoros and Sudan.

The qualifiers – scheduled to begin later this year – will mar a fresh start for the Eagles after their failure to qualify for the 2022 World Cup holding in Qatar.

I think Asisa should be left out of the Falcons for now. That was too crass of her in my opinion. Why insult Onome a fellow team mate. Even someone who had been in the team before her. Recall there was a video during the last WC where she almost fought with another team member. Yes she might be the greatest female footballer from Nigeria or even Africa but sometimes "best" players can be excused, for example Cantona, Benzema (before his last recall), Ziyech etc.

They won't go to court.

Their response is a normal PR response from organisations. It almost like a generic response for organisations.

Nwakali accused them of paying him late and withholding his wages, this is even provable with his bank's statement of account showing the dates of his wage payment.

Only this one accusation alone will put them in trouble .

I'm sure they are probably settling with him as we speak.
