on a lighter mode, I think you should accept that they are not winning the match today

Just seeing this now. I guess it's all over then.

This Napoli team is not as good as Dortmund that Lewandowski played for. They are also not as good as Guardiola's Bayern Munich and not as good as the current Barcelona.

Spalletti is not on the same tactical level of Guardiola, Klopp and Xavi.

Finito.

If they are not as good as the old Bayern and Dortmund then victor isn’t remotely as good as Lewandowski at all.. you can’t eat your cake and have it again

It will be a blessing in disguise if hr looses the match. Only the defence and goalkeeper is good. The midfield and attack needs urgent attention.
We have the playes. I will list them later.
Anyway most of our Europe based wonder kids couldn't make it because it does not fall on the international window

Nigerians and firing coaches that qualified them for tournaments.. una nor Dey ever learn

Nwakali is a world cup winner since Na past glory we one dey talk about... mtcheew

currently both aribo and Nwakali are struggling

Aribo is playing in the EPL in a hotly contested relegation zone ,the bottom 6 teams have at most 3 points difference between them.

The last Saturday Southampton beat Leicester City and a few weeks before that Chelsea. The quality of the league even bottom teams is very high.

This is the exceptional beauty of the EPL the outstanding competitive nature, any team can beat even a top on thier day. I never ever believed that Liverpool could flog Manchester United 7-0 not in my wildest dreams.

Nwakali is playing in the very poor quality Segundo division in a bankruptcy team sitting permanently in the relegation zone.

Aribo and Onuachu are not the new managers favourite it seems and will have to fight to get ba j into the team.

Nonetheless, there is no comparison with Aribo and Nwakali, one going further into mediocrity and the other playing in the best league in the world.

Midfield is intact! Ndidi came on for Mendy and played really well yesterday! Onyeka is back from injury. Bonke is playing in France. Nwakali is in form. Iwobi is playing regularly. Onyedika is playing Champions League football. We are covered! The defense is coming together (Ogbu, Akpoguma, Bassey, Bruno, Ebuehi, Aina, Zaidu, Osayi are playing regular football). Attack is the best in Africa. Guinea Bissau will not be easy but at least we will get 4 points!

What form please ❓ playing in a dead team with poor players in the bottom of the league facing relegation.

A team that will struggle in English League two.

Ladan Bosso should be fired immediately. This team disbanded. Let someone else try his luck. This is an eyesore. Even Aigboguns team was better than this.

The substitutions changed the game. It was as if Ladan had someone reading Nairaland cos he removed both 17 and 7 guy few minutes after my post. Based on the subs performance the boys actually deserved to go through. They were the better side. The Gambians created no single chance all game. That is football!

Osimhen era didn't even qualify for this competition btw.

See names when you call none of them cross round of 16 😂 😂 😂 😂

From the very first game we lost

I knew that our amateur pro league players are better than these clowns

Players that can’t pinged a ball were the better side your must be blind

It’s pressure from losing that’s why we were pressing

Take note last match when we were losing we can’t even keep the ball for 15 secs

We had so much faith in Manu Garba those days that he would win the U20 world cup for Nigeria.
The hype here was off the roof.
We all knew what transpired.

The teams that participated in this year U20 tournament are not good enough.
Nigeria, Tunisia, Gambia and Senegal need to improve technically or face been disgraced at the world cup.

I kinda disagree. The academy is the place to go. Question is did we pick our best? If we did, did we also choose the right gaffer for the job? We shouldnt be doingnthings the same way and be expecting a different result. Ko le werk na

It is my submission!
I do not write based on emotions.
I write based on what I see.
Even in the first half that we were poor we had 67 % ball possession.
The 2nd half we missed a penalty.
Of the two teams we were the better side.
Na your papa be blind, deaf and dumb!

I strongly differ I can mobilize 15 boys that would smoke these u20 from amateur league no cap 🧢

Bro this game was an eyesore

How can the midfielders be better dribblers than the wingers

Game sense, positional awareness. All these are zero

Them just jam pack lucky players put for there.

Nothing they that Gambia from attack to defense that’s tough

Sorry for the insults baba no vex

But my point is that nothing they that Gambia defense to break down

The defense was weak as shit, positioning was as poor too and still we were with ball at midfield pivot and still fail to pick a pass 😂

Seems these under 27 don’t watch ball 😂
