Yeah if they had defeated us, it would just be normal thing to everybody. No one would remember it's just a friendly.
Exactly... Just imagine

You are totally wrong by saying I'm being hung on partying that we beat Argentina. Give the SE the credit they rightly deserve and stop downplaying their effort and hard earned result. Do you think the Argentines wanted to Los that game or do you think they took that game as a friendly when Otamendi shoved aside Iheanacho in such manner in that same game?

Nigeria beat Argentina and that's it. The team deserves all the credit.

We knw dey deserve d credit, those dt mean we shld sing d victory all year, abeg make we play Poland and Serbia jare, and we shld stop making reference to d argues friendly smiley

Ebuehi appears to be involved in full training today so we might see him against poland.

I raised this question weeks ago. TheSuperNerd dey call me Jerseymatics.

We go dey look na.

Poland cannot wear Red and white and we wear Green and white.

We can only wear that green on white if Poland compromise their home jersey by wearing all red.

Else we are wearing the Dark green.

Who is home in the fixture between Nigeria and Serbia?

Mind you Serbia's home jersey is Dark blue on white.

if Serbia is the home team in the fixture and they chose to wear their Blue on white?
Wetin we go come wear?
I don't know why you guys are getting worked up over this jersey ish, the home team put on his home jersey and the away team find an alternative, if Nigeria is home we put on our home jersey and the away team put on their. most countries of the world have a touch of white in their jerseys, so I don't don't know why ours we be an issue

That match was already lost before it was played. It was after the match we believed.
the one I meant was the 1994 own that went into penalty shoot out where siasia missed a penalty giving the Ivorians an advantage in the course of the penalty shoot out

I think on the average there was more bp issues with the 2000 clash than 2002 clash despite 2002 clash going into penalties..the 2000 clash was the one aghahowa equalized to make it 1-1 with like 2 mins to the end of the match..fadiga gave the Senegalese the lead in the first half...aghahowa scored again the extra time to make it 2-1

I got to see a prediction of the outcome of our friendly with Poland on 101great goals site. Poland 3 nig 1. What interest me most is our assumed formation.
Ezenwa
Aina, balogun, ekong, shehu
Ndidi, ogu
Moses, musa (10), iwobi
Iheanacho.
Will this team loss to poland? If yes, what are the changes needed to this team list. To the great gentlemen and beautiful ladies in the house.

I believe apart from the usual invitees that ain't in camp now due to injury or visa issue, the only addition this team need for world Cup is Onyekuru... That dude will give ighalo a run for his position

Can anyone take that credit away from them?
SA beat 9ja 2-0 in a competitive match but they will be making the greatest mistake of their lives if they meet SE again while skipping cuz they beat us b4
Get my point, we forget the last game and face WC like we had never won b4.

How does one keep up with pace of this thread?

Coming online to find so many pages to read is heartbreaking and at the same time mouth watering as one is left anxious to know what has happened within the hours one is away.

It is better he doesn't play if he's not fully fit and preserve the memory of his performance against Argentina rather than play with injury against Poland and possibly put up a poor performance. Nigerians easily forget the good and forever remember the bad.

For those of you that are saying "this is just a friendly", we will be playing in a world class, 42,000 capacity stadium that is currently sold out. With Lewandowski and Szecesny starting, this will be Poland's most serious lineup since the qualifiers. With Mikel as an exception, we will also be playing our best men available.

This is much more than a friendly.
