To me, it was no contest, this is a total mismatch, France just made light walk of Uruguay.

Seriously, this French team has finally come into their own, good thing they did at the right time. They are now a unit and not bunch of individual players no more.

But I must say the hype is gradually creeping into Mbappe's head. He's now mimicking Neymar's dirty gimmicks. That wont keep him in the good books of both fans and match officials. He has to stop it.

That's good, because I would like for him to remain as the NFF chair. He has performed pretty well so far.

O pari

The Ghanaian who resigned his post as 1st CAF VP was also the GFA president if I’m not mistaking.

Mbappe's action was merely helping Ghana get over their heartbreak by watching Uruguay taste their own medicine. At least that's how I elect to look at it. Plus every player is a cheat deep down even if its claiming a ball didn't go off u when you know it did or asking for a foul that doesn't exist.

How did it help ghana to get over their heart break? because of what suarez did in 2010?

Double Honours For Pinnick As He Becomes CAF Vice President

Busybuddies

Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Amaju Pinnick has been appointed as CAF’s 1st Vice President.

CAF executive committee member Pinnick was named 1st Vice President earlier on Thursday after the body’s emergency committee members unanimously agreed for him to replace Kwesi Nyantakyi.

It is the highest position occupied by a Nigerian since the fall from grace of former executive committee member Amos Adamu.

Suspended Ghana FA President Nyantakyi resigned from the post after he was involved in the corruption scandal rocking his country’s football.

Constant Omari Selemani of DR Congo and Fouzi Lekjaa of Morocco remain the 2nd and 3rd Vice President respectively.

In what could be termed as double honours for Pinnick, he was also appointed match commissioner for three crucial games at the ongoing FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia.

The NFF President would be the match commissioner for Friday afternoon’s quarter-final clash between France and Uruguay, one of the semifinals and the third/fourth place playoff.
I doubt if Giwa and dalung will ever attain this height in their life time

18yr Old Udoka Chima signs for Burnley.

I expect Liverpool to reward Taiwo Awoniyi by inclusion. Where Origi and Co are struggling, he's been superb. My wish is he becomes a lethal force for the GWG

Pinnick isn't that clean slated, but this Goes and Dalung should be shown how to behave.

But this Neymar of a guy, I no de understand am. He don de join the leagues of Messi, Suarez and Co who don't like turning up for their country. Saw Suarez showing poor attitude by putting zero commitment earlier today.

this world cup is more than abilities and skills, it's more about mental strength and a big heart, the big names keep relying more on their skills and refree protection but so far dem no send anybody for this world cup, you must answer your papa name or go your house
