In a crucial game too. A game to decide the fate of both sides' progress in the competition. All the best to thy son, Papa Aribo. grin

Rohr?? No naa.... I was even thinking the NFF. Josh Zirkzee is 18 and would be eligible for the next U-20 team in 2021. He can start off from there.

He has already played for the Dutch cadet teams.... don't think It will be possible for him to play for the under 20 again.....

He is bayern Munich under 19 highest goal scorer I think in the UEFA youth league....

His exploits for the under 19 team accelerated his promotion to the main team for this match

He can still feature for the U-20s if we start the process of landing him early enough (which looks unlikely by the way). 2021 is far.
And yes, I know his youth records. Watched him against PSG in preseason last year but took time to recall that. But I insist an Injury to Jan fiete Arp made this possible. Arp is the highest rated player in the Bayen youth set-up.

Arsenal finished as Europa League Group F winners thanks to the performance of their Nigerian youngster Bukayo Saka in the late rally at the Stade Maurice Dufrasne on Thursday evening.

The teenager was unarguably the best Arsenal player offensively in the encounter, scoring and providing an assist for teammate Alexandre Lacazette.

He whipped in a brilliant cross into the box to pick out the Frenchman in the 78th minute before he drilled low into the bottom right corner for 2-2 nine minutes from time.

Thus, he took his contribution in the final third to eight for the season (two goals, six assists), and plaudits poured in for the winger on Twitter.

We have picked the best of the tweets below,

@temitayogoodluc : Bukayo *Saka* really amazed me tonight. His performance was exceptional. Kudos to him

@PattrickTimmons1: Bukayo Saka, the 18-year old who was written off by some fans following a sub-par 12 minute cameo at Carrow Road providing an inch perfect assist before levelling the score this evening. The potential is clear to see & don't let one sup-par display convince you otherwise.

@sidramatics : That was a Bukayo Saka masterclass...Great talent!

@jamesbenge: Saka and Smith Rowe have been really, really special tonight.

@markgoldbridge: That Saka is something special! Cracking goal!

@TheFalseNein: Saka has been absolutely unreal. Wonder if he can fill in at LB in the league while Tierney's out.

@GurjitAFC: In Saka & Martinelli, we have a couple of superstars in the making.

@buntingfootball: Positives and negatives to take for Ljungberg, good character and spirit to fight back and draw. Defensively again conceding two so that will undoubtedly frustrate him. Saka really impressive once again and Martinelli made a big difference gave the Gunners a focal point.

@Baltexxx: This cross from Saka is brilliant! The type David Beckham dished out week-in week-out at the height of his prowess. A cross so good, all it needed was a head to land on & it's a goal...

@marco_gooner: MOTM performance from Bukayo Saka tonight. His crossing was on point especially in the 2nd half with that beautiful one for Laca's goal. He was drawing fouls at crucial moments and was always ready to receive the ball in good positions. He was fantastic tonight.

@KelechiAFC: Big up my bro @BukayoSaka87 for his 5 star performance today. Man rescued Arsenal big time .We are through to the next round. Congrats guys . The only way is up .

@Sean_AFC: Saka is genuinely what Chelsea fans think CHO is

@DareToWenger: We've got a star in Saka. His ability to beat players and final ball really impressive for a youngster. Also seems comfortable using both his feet. Ljungberg is developing him well.Really great to have him and Martinelli.

@matt_AFC_: Excellent football all round. But that link up between Saka and Martinelli was excellent . Saka now has the most assists in the Arsenal squad this season. Special Talent.

Are you guys really serious about that 'Best performing foreign born prospect' award section?

You might want to have a review on that. I don't think it is polite to make them feel less Nigerian than they are.

That section should be removed or renamed.

N.B. It is similar to an award section like;
Best performing Igbo Nigerian Player : Ndidi
Best performing Yoruba player : Ola Aina

Why would you want to call them foreign born to their face?

It promotes segregation. They are all Nigerians and should remain as that.

You have a point sir. I might go with you on this one

Watch Iheanocho have a great December and mancity buy him back in January for 50 million pounds just to screw Leicester over

If Manchester City activates the buyback clause now, we only get to pay £37.5m because the £50m comes if they qualified for Champions League.

That is why pulling the plug on Nacho's Leicester City career now is necessary.

They can't activate it yet.

Leicester ‎City will pay Manchester City an initial fee of £22.5m for his services and they have also agreed on a buy back clause of £37.5m for the first four years of his stay with the Foxes.

However if Leicester are able to qualify for the Champions League during Iheanacho’s first your years at the club, and City want to exercise their buy back option, a fee of £50m has been agreed between both parties.

We need cover because Aguero is 31. Not the perfect age to have a player running at such intensity. Nacho also offers a smooth midfield addition when he drops deep which I feel Guardiola urgently needs with sides playing too deep against us.

it is no hidden fact that some here see these euro born kids as mercenaries and 2nd class Nigerians and when you try to make a case for them you are tagged an asslicker who doesn't rate kids from the home front but rather clamor for the infusion of foreigners to our national teams.
