The federal government INVESTED the money for reviving abandoned railways, roads, agriculture etc to generate JOBS, revenue etc in addition to paying the minimum wage increase.
Can you say what APC states used their money for

railways: which one, how much was spent on it?

roads: I still see pictures of bad express roads in the east, the second niger bridge is still a mirage, lagos Ibadan express way is still death trap. so which roads are you talking about pls , hope it's not the one we only see on bill boards.

agriculture: price of food never went down during his tenure, nigeria, and even jona himself imported rice during his elections. waivers for rice importation where still being given daY's before he left office. so wetin he use the money do exactly

paying minimum wage: hope you had not forgotten than ngozi borrowed money to pay minimum wage.

what apc did with the money : what money?

Very clearly illustrated and simplified by you.
The wailers have refused to tell us what motivated governors to go to court over savings under GEJ. It all boils down to trust. When people were wondering why Nigerians did not pour out into the streets in demonstration against Buhari for trying to remove subsidy the way they did to GEJ, I told them that it is not the removal of the subsidy that Nigerians are against but that they feared that they could not trust GEJ as regards the integrity and honesty to judiciously use the proceeds, but could trust Buhari more on that. As a good leader rather than blame the governors for deprecating his proposal to save he should have tried to find out why they did not trust him. Once people trust a leader they hardly ever resist his suggestions even if harsh and unbearable.

correct!
even the money they got from increase in pump price of fuel dissappeared.

Please how can a reasonable, educated Nigerian associate leadership and integrity with Ebola Owu?
How can that be possible

facts from a minister who served both of them: obj could save, gej could not save!

Ye shall know the truth.

Please for those of you who always develop passion for calling GEJ names please kindly know that it was not easy for GEJ. GEJ was the only 'complete civilian' that ever ruled Nigeria, from a minority, even in his state he is also from a minority. He has more experience in governance than any president we ever had (having served in state and federal level for years). He is the most educated president ever. He gave Nigeria his very best. No fuel queue, prompt payment of salary, created lots of jobs from the federal universities, sure p, youwin, Gis, converted our COE to federal, light was not this skeptic, travelled less, freedom of speech, no political murder or arrest etc.

GEJ is an angel.

Every leader has its lapses. Buhari though has good intention for Nigeria, he also has his own challenges. Let's support them

NOI and GEJ had the political will to save and actually communicated that to the governors who resisted and led by Amaechi and Fashola went to the supreme court to get an order compelling the FG to share the money.Anyone who still blames GEJ after these disclosures is demented.
You and the rest are the dodging these questions, Why didn't the FG save her own share of the ECR which is 51% and how did OBJ managed to save about $30b despite the opposition from the then state governors?
Sincerely answer theses questions and I'll take you serious.

and its you that have failed to reason, the presidents political will is not enough cos he can do nothing without the 36 govs and 774lga chairs, the political will of the later two was what she was referring to cos they are also part of the last dispensation, if your ability to reason wide is limited pls dont blame enlightened minds for it cos right now your ignorance is one of the many things Nigeria does not need

Now let us assume APC governed the 36 states of the federation as these desperate characters want us to believe, there are still 2 questions which have been begging for answers:

1. If governors were the problem and the culprits, were there no governors during OBJ's tenure?... if so, how was OBJ and Yaradua able to save?

2. Let's assume the supreme court forced the hands of GEJ to share the money (wasnt the case cos no judgement was given), so if you claim GEJ had the will to save, why didnt he save the 52% of the funds left with the FG?

There's no distortion in the fact that remain that Jonathan and his team which includes Okonjo Iweala lacked political will to save, that alone disqualify the leadership of Jonathan administration. One of the quality of leadership is when a leader take his stance in face of pressures from all quarters against a justify policy he has taken. Buhari has faced so many pressures to take decision against his policies in favour of opposition criticism like the call to devalue the naira, and the call to sign the NASS padded budget but he insisted on his policies, that's a leader that understand that he's responsible for every action and inaction in his government not some pushover clueless ineffectual buffoon called Jonathan.
Time will tell
Let's keep our fingers crossed
