Hello All. I stumbled upon the new article: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/04/lagos-sign-mou-4th-mainland-bridge-may-29-ambode/ I know the construction of the 4th mainland bridge has been on the cards for some time now, but it appears that the Lagos state government as per the article are serious about the construction. I wonder if this would have any effect on properties on both sides of the axis. Lekki side via Ajah / Badore sides Ikorodu sides What are the areas to look at for future investments.
