#MidwivesSaveLives: 1st ever Global Midwifery Conference in Abuja, Nigeria. ‘Every Birth Counts’

As part of activities to mark the International Day of the Midwife observed globally on the 5th of May annually, the Inaugural National Midwifery Conference in Nigeria is scheduled to be held on 5th May 2016, in Abuja, Nigeria’s federal capital territory.

The conference will allow professionals from across Nigeria and beyond to engage in rich exchanges with peers, learning about current development in the field, addressing critical challenges and renewing commitments to Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH).
