The Enugu state government should rise up to this challenge. They should get youths from all communities armed. Every community in Enugu state and the ss/se as a whole should get battle ready.

I've come to realise igbos are very wonderful people. During my Nysc days I can remember very well that the people I was really close to and impacted a lot in me in one way or the other are igbos. Nneka, Chinwe, Amara, Ifeoma, Goodhope, Victoria, Johnbosco, Davies, Harrison and Chijoke were all igbos and I enjoyed their company more than that of any other tribe. I realized that igbos are very liberal people. Two of uncles that married igbo women. These women brought them goodluck. I don't believe the problem with Nigeria are igbos but rather yorubas. The hausas and fulanis won't behave like they're born to rule or even misbehave at all if not for the fact that the yorubas sold themselves to them. Igbos and ijaws and every other Southern ethnic groups are better allies excluding the yorubas. Even the Aworis, Kabbas and Ijebus don't like them due to their greedy nature and tribalistic tendencies.

I don't believe in throwing tribal tantrums on any ethnic group but if the truth must be told, igbos are the economic bedrock of Nigeria. Igbos have contributed to the growth of Nigeria in many ways. I'm not perfect bros but I'll always tell you the truth irrespective of whose ox is gored. No tribe has suffered so much humiliation, marginalization and discrimination than the igbos but even at that they're still holding their heads high and waxing stronger each passing minute.

Bros look at it this way, from personal observation have you noticed anything that links an Edo man with a yoruba man?
