Sorry bro, our oga @2sexy will come do justice when he comes online. Just a tip: Ask Yourself these questions-

will I buy these domains if someone offered them to me for sell?

Do they have any economic value?

Who will buy this domains if I register them?

Answer these questions & You won't need to ask anybdy if Your domains are worth anything or not.

Good luck bro.
Thanks boss... .
Waiting for Oga 2sexynet

hey... go to whois.com and type the domain name into search box at the top right corner. hit search. When the result shows up, look for the name of the registrar and then go their website to create an account there. Once done, let me know.

thanks i have done that. Pls what next?

hmmmm...

Been awhile now.

Okay, few days ago, I was watching satellite TV at home when I saw one Nigerian station. I noticed their brand name, did a google search but found out that they added "s" to their URL but I have access to the exact match. I have never done any business with a Nigerian company with regards to domaining because I always feel they might not want to be willing to proceed or see if any value in it.

However, I learned this year to gauge how companies take their brand serious. I am able to favourable ascertain that they value their brand name, then there is a high chance of getting deal done.

So, I said, fork it. Let's give it a try. I reach out to them through their admin and since I couldn't get access to the CEO. I told the admin that I would like to speak to someone within the company because I have vital information for them.

He forwarded the email to someone within the company who replied me. I told him purpose for contacting them and he said they were interested.

BUT... MY price wasn't something they could afford due to Naira to Dollar exchange rate.

We still on it.

I am acting a broker like someone else own the domain name lol.

Just had an offer on one of my domain names a while back. Funny thing is that buyer saw the buy now price but chose to send an offer lower than that.

This will make it 5th likely sale so far. Though 2 out of these may not materialize because buyers have not responded to emails for reasons I do not understand. Maybe they are busy with something else. I have no idea.

Anyway, I will keep you posted. All negotiations is ongoing

A big congrats to you on your recent sales. Can you please share the names after you have completed the transaction. I always love studying sales as part of developing my domain valuation instinct.

Had to put a call through to company I saw on TV as I hadn't heard from them, by contacting the guy I had been in conversation with. I googled his name and found him on Twitter. Luckily, he has a domain name of his own. A little whois search gave me his number and I called him.

He made me understood that he has spoken to the CEO of the company and currently awaiting a reply from him(CEO).

Well, I just conclude offer on the domain name I received. So sales will go through for that one.

I got an insultive email email last night for another domain name.

I manage to get same person to offer $30 and I have just sent him a twisted email (I lied join), capitalizing on his shortcomings, a delay which resulted in another company wanting the domain name because he seemed not interested.

Let's see how that plays out.

hmmm. That's interesting, i'm learning so much from u.

Just as they say: ''every dissapointment is a blessing'' hopefully, something positive will come out of that Domain.

yeah. Not expecting much from it. Even If na $150 I will take it. It will make everything 6 domain journey so far this month. But I don't want $30

I can't say 5, though all got "how much" and a price were placed on them by buyer, cos 2 haven't been responding to emails. So I am guessing that 2 might never materialize. I am left with others and payment is pending across board.

that's still a good one,

when sales does'nt come as quickly as we wanted it, we must also bear in mind that ''Domaining is an investment''

1 finalized, payment is on the way.

2 is almost done, waiting reply from CEO

3 is finailized and waiting payment from buyer

4. Is this one that just started last night.

I think what you should have stated is that domaining is a patience game.

I don't know why I experience slight delays these days though. Normally, we conclude within a few days and payments are made.

Well, good thing is ALL 6 got a price on them. And if I score 4/6, it wouldn't be a poor mark would it?

i was just wondering;

have u ever told an enduser to pay directly into ur online acct?(paypal, skrill, payoneer etc) or u basically list them and give the enduser the link to the BIN before processing payment?

virtually all transactions are done via paypal. I have been surprised, on three occasions, to find Americans who do not use/have a paypal account. The current one that has been finalized has refused to use paypal. He prefers to wire funds to me.

You would hardly have luck telling them use Skrill, Payoneer (this one is limited/restricted despite their claims) because they are not as popular as they seem. The only company that can crush Paypal's monopoly is facebook and I know paypal would pray they do not even venture into that niche.
