Read this article and gain amazing insight: On the Origins of Corruption: Irregular incentives in Nigeria By Varda Eker. I'm doing an economic research into corruption and it's effects when I stumbled on this semi-masterpiece and it could not be more accurate in describing the situation in Nigeria. Hard to think University of Lagos had professors and lecturers this good. http://www.jstor.org/cgi-bin/jstor/printpage/0022278x/ap010072/01a00080/0.pdf?backcontext=page&dowhat=Acrobat&config=jstor&userID=8164f1aa@uwo.ca/01cce4405b00501b2ae31&0.pdf By the way, it is long and should be done at your free time but it's something anybody that's wondering why we are so corrupt as a nation should look into A.S.A.P. |

One big reason. There is no repercussion in our society for being a PEN robber, we turn around and play the ethnic card as soon as one of our "SON" is accused of it. We only Honor people of money without questioning the source. |
