I need a Ms Excel expert that can help me solve a partial differential poisson equation usin Ms Excel.

First step in solving a problem is to know the steps used in solving it. Also are u looking for a macro enabled worksheet or one that just runs using inbuilt Excel function. There's an inbuilt fxn called poisson that you can start with. It's syntax is POISSON(x,mu,cumulative). I'm no statistician or engineer so I'm clueless about but I *think* we did partial differential equations and poisson distribution in school. Maybe if you explain the step by step process in solving these kind of problems peeps might be able to assist

I am using excel professional 2013 . click on a Formulas and More Function scroll down you will see Poisson dist. put the data and use get your answer . It has been years when I solve Poisson distr . excel can't solve partial differential equations unless use solve for X ,the mean and the commutative . you just have to insert the data .
