- Eat lots of fruits e.g dates, tiger nuts, bananas, sugar cane.
- Eat lots of vegetables e.g Celery, spinach, bitter leaf & BEET ROOT as they contain Vitamins A, B, C & E and Minerals Zinc, Selenium & Boron
- Be wiser; keep laptops on tables and away from your lap as EMF & RF- EMV decreases sperm motility, destroyes sperm DNA
- Quit cigarette smoking and Alcohols
- Avoid Hyperthermia (overheating of your testicles), heat damages sperm.
- Avoid stress. It has big impact on hormone balance which inturn impacts on sperm production.
- Avoid Pesticides from milk & diary produce. They mimic estrogen in the body and cause hormonal imbalance in men.
- Avoid Plastics especially eating from heated plastics. Do not use plastics in micro wave as they release Xenoestrogens which mimic estrogen in the body causing hormonal imbalance and in some cases auto immune response that kills sperm * EMF - Electromagnetic frequency
