Follow description & see if works for you, doesn't require an unlocked bootloader. Though, method seems selective as someone has reported it didn't work in own case.

Maybe, just maybe, disconnect the battery and reconnect. Flashing may be difficult since developer settings were disabled; like oem unlocking
