The AGF cannot declare the election conducted in the Nigerian senate null and void. If he wants to do so, he must approach a competent court of jurisdiction, and if no member of the senate is interested in pursuing the case, then he is wasting his time. What Saraki must do now is too woo all the senators to his side simply by taking some committees from his friends and giving it to his enemies in order to appease them. Then he will tighten his grip on the neck of the executives. He must start attacking and stop defending. Had he bargained his CCT case for the budget, by now nobody will invite him to court again. Politics everywhere is dirty.

You agree the Senate document was forged yet you want the miscreants to continue in office because this illegality fits your bigoted mind.

What happened tomorrow when the reverse is the case and someone else use this as a precedents to commit similar illegality.

We Nigerians are the cause of the problems with Nigeria. We support, encourage and fight for thieves and rogues because of tribalism, hate and nepotism.

The AGF is charged with enforcing the law, in fact if the Senate President slaps you, you can simply get the police to arrest him and prosecute him for assault, If lawyers and Judges can be prosecuted for offenses they commit then being a legislator does not insulate you from the law.

The election of both the SP and DSP does not stand not the election of the senators who did the actual vetting of the appointments (though I really think all the useless senators be sacked). I'm not even sure both their votes count unless there is a tie among the senators on who shud get ministerial slots

I don't really know what Saraki is up to. I thought he was delaying the budget for his CCT case.
I believe he doesn't know what he is doing. He screened ministers, passed budget without a bait.

By virtue of the Constitution he is also the Chiel Law Officer of the Federation. So yea he has extensive powers over all tiers. Tho to declare election a nullity is the job of the court. And thats why he has directed DPP to file charges

Settled Fulanis generally adopt their closest neighbours language as they are usually intermingled. Olusola the father made it clear about their ethnicity. The ones with Hausa names are not Hausa as well even though there has been a consistent use of the phrase Hausa-Fulani. You can as well call Saraki a Yoruba-Fulani in Naija style.

The AGF only expressed an opinion. His views are his own interpretation of the law. Let him approach a court for proper adjudication.

There is no virtue in impatience, order is more important than speed, I know support for Saraki equals anti Buhari stance in your books and i won't fault you for your bias, we are all emotional beings..... We expect that somethings are to slow when it's what we desire and rejoice when it's not happening cos we hope it doesn't work out for the other party. .... We will revisit this very SOON...

This your conclusion is a product of a myopic mind. So the chief law officer of the country with a constitutional role does not have right to question legality or otherwise of a legislative action? Incase you don't know, the AGF is the only minister that enjoys special mention in the constitution, hence his appointment is not only necessary but compulsory. The Attorney General is a lord on to himself. Please don't let me go into academic matters, I beg you.
