manutdrichie: In a check and balance system, each arm of goverment has the right to void the actions of other arms of government that fall within its purview. As an executive(an arm of government) member, he has right to point out the errs of any arms of government. If Saraki was actually elected based on a forged document and the law is against such election, why shouldn't the AGF call for the nullification of his election? |
