Not just the messenger, the message and the one who sent the message have very different attributes btw Christianity and islam.

I don't think the God in the Bible is the same Allah in the Quran.

They must be totally different entity or maybe somebody has messed
up both books from the beginning.

the message of prophets noah,moses,abraham, etc ,jesus and mohameed(may peace be unto them all) are the same and the message is ONE TRUE GOD.

BUT the problem is xtians did not give muslims chance to express thier view about jesus and there ISLAM.muslims believe in jesus and all other prophets before him.

Both advocate Peace and Violence at one time or another
Both claim the right to designate heaven to all believers of the Faith
Both claim to the the only Truth and nothing else notwithstanding.
Both lay sole claim to deaths of millions worldwide from the day they were first concieved.

I think the problem goes deeper than similarities and differences or messages and messenger.

Point of correction to the crew:
The Problem or difference between Islam and christians is the New testament, though christianity was created long centuries after the disciples and thats why the word 'christianity ' is missing from Genesis to Revelation in the Bible . The new testament differed from God and holy men of the OT and Quran. You can quote anythimg in the OT and am gonna match it with the Quran except the some corrupted portion, e.g incest stories and lewdness and drinking of alcohol etc

would a Christian be given the chance to express his views in Iran or saudi-arabia?

I think a Xtian would be stoned to death if he ever dared to do that.
