Glo showed me pepper today. Network was worse than useless. I could not do anything. See as I go back to my vomit and but Ntel 1500. Debited but not data called help desk, no solution. So I have been up since 12 and unable to get any work done. Fk this country. |

Nothing can save them now, their price was all they had. People like cheap internet more than they like unlimited internet. |

Second or third time they are acting without thinking first only to come back and reverse the decision when they see everyone is leaving. Even if there is no cap, I can't pay 17500 for their unlimited plan. 1 Like |

ntel is confused, severally they've said FUP is discontinued but on the myntel protal you see "fup applies", they are throttling in one way or the other |

oyb: You see? When I complain about Glo network, some would think I am just trolling for the sake of it. How does one have so much data and so much call credit bonus yet one cant make use of them? No Service, No network, for days. When I move to another angle of the street, I get a rush of of network coming back for a minute then it disappears . Go back to where I was originally, the same thing happens for a minute, then service will disappear and you wont get any in the whole area. Glo is so frustrating. In the areas they have good network, people tend to enjoy it but in the areas that are problematic(And there are many ), it frustrates you to madness. Aaahhhh!!!! |

I think say na only me me get yafun yafun glo credit. I have been looking for how to finish the credit, e no gree. They gave me over N18000 credit. They just have to work on this location thing and that's all. Network was excellent in my house when I started but these days, I get weak 4G. Overall it's good, can be much better. |

Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by 4llerbuntu(m): 9:48am On Dec 15, 2017 |
pheesayor: Lol. its not possible. Not unless they start being a true LTE provider and not glorified 3G. I've always said my primary problem with them isn't price. its the RUBBISH QoS. 3G networks are better than Ntel. And that makes the price illogical. When you consider the QoS it becomes even more ridiculous to spend 17,500 per month on internet for leisure. at least that's what i use my personal connections for. Rather spread it between 2 or 3 providers to ensure seamless uptime |
