This morning, Diamond Bank tweeted something about customers meeting their personal targets..and used abbreviations to send out their message (i.e U instead of You) and got major shade from Sterling Bank. If they weren't competitors, I would have sworn this was a publicity stunt...lol

Frankly sir, I don't know how to explain it. I may not be a banker, but I am a professional also in a field that abides strictly by a set of operational ethics and standards. You don't just come out to criticise another competitor's advertising, especially when it is just correction of grammatical errors and not something criminal or fraudulent.

It smirks of pettinesses, joblessness and a lack civilization to me. Maybe the neutral bankers in the house can help clarify.
