- Job title: (A) Senior Field Engineer (Ref: SFE)
Education/Qualifications:
- BE / HND in engineering or other related Course.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in wireless telecommunications industry (Cellular/Microwave…)
- Understand the functionality of telecommunication network transmission nodes. Like transmission equipment (Multiplexers, Microwave radio and IP based), transmission medium (Optical and microwave)

- Quick learner motivated and dedicated to get the job done right.
- Prompt in emergency situations. Confidently and quickly handle the problem.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, integrating, supporting, fault analysis and diagnosis of Telecom products and systems.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Work well with others at various level.
- Basic knowledge of networking (CCNA is a plus)

Job Description:
- Arrive to work, jobs on sites, and meetings on time and prepared.
- Carrying out site surveys.
- Troubleshoots, identifies and evaluates different options and chooses the right course of action to solve the hitch.
- Rectify fault condition or escalate in case additional technical support in required.
- Configuration and maintenance of cisco networks (routers and switches)
- Good knowledge and experience in Mikrotik Router broads and RouterOS
- Very Good Knowledge in Cyberoam and Other UTMs.
- Good knowledge in EIGRP, OSPF, VLAN, Trunks and VPN networks.
- Basic Knowledge in Servers OS: Windows and Linux
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.
- Very Good knowledge in IP Subnets.
- Ability to assess and troubleshoot networks, systems and IT Security.
- Knowledge in Virtualization is a plus.
- Reporting and documenting the status of the activity.
- Providing technical guidance to colleagues and other teams.
- Communicates daily activities and written reports
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

(B) Installation Field Engineer (Ref: IFE)
Educational Qualification/Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BE/HND/ in computer related course.
- Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in Telecoms industry.
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP is a MUST.
- Able to install Microwave Antennas and radio, lay the needed cables with relative expertise.
-To work from 1pm-10pm daily (Monday to Friday)
- Must be ready for emergency call to duty.
- Good understanding of satellite or wireless communications equipment is required.
- Good experience of multi-vendor telecommunication equipment.

Job knowledge & Experience:
• Installation /configuration/troubleshooting experience in networking equipment like Firewall / Router / Switches.
• Hands-on experience working on UTM products such as Cyberoam, Gate protect etc.
• Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, WLAN, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
• Strong, hands-on technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems
• Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, and Internet standards
• Basic understanding of VPN, DNS / Email / Web protocols.
• Extensive application support experience
• Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and environs with valid driver’s license.

(3) Installation Rigger (Ref: IR)
Educational Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum qualification of ND/OND/NABTEB in computer related course.
- Candidate should have minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in Telecom Rigging.
- Certificate in safety and health in telecom operation will be an added advantage.
- Able to climb towers and install Microwave Antennas and radio, laid the needed cables with relative expertise.

Job Description:
- Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools.
- Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms, using bolts and clamps.
- Climbing tower & fixing all types of antennas along with alignment.
- Knowledge and experience installation and commission BTS, microwave.
- Assembling & installing of MW & AP antenna, orienting & tilting of antenna based on cell plan, hoisting & installing of RF & jumper cables to antenna, Connectorization for Feeder cables, IF cables, CAT cables & other transmission cables.
- Complete knowledge for installation work of site.
- Antenna alignment.
- Knowledge of installing all kinds of Site Indoor equipment as well Outdoor equipment.
- Installation of Feeder cable on Runway.
- Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chainfalls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
- Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use.
- Fabricate, set up, and repair rigging, supporting structures, hoists, and pulling gear, using hand and power tools.
- Manipulate rigging lines, hoists, and pulling gear to move or support materials such as heavy
equipment, ships, or theatrical sets.
- Ensure safety of workers and materials.
- Tilt, dip, and turn suspended loads to maneuver over, under, and/or around obstacles, using multipoint suspension techniques.
