More so gan my dh fluid some come out when I bend down to wash off after bd cos most times I feel irritated with the slimy feeling.

ewcm is a bit overrated. It has its importance yes but it becomes absent in more dan 50% of women with changes in hormonal balance n age.
Dat being said I ve had 5+ bfp wit no sign of ewcm.
its even more possible dan we think. Tho we still do our best to have ewcm

at a point I tried preseed. After a while it gives me infection. Won't b using a lube till I see obe dat comes in tiny tiny us-up sachets.

Please I started taking vitex Oct. 8th 2016 for Inbalance hormones/ceased menstration (2a.m,2p.m)I combined it with Dong quai (2×3times daily as advised by several reviews I read online) and Omega 369 (1a.m,1pm). UPTILL NOW I HAVE NOT SEEN AF OH . should I be worried? Should i continue? How soon will i see AF? I read some people get result same week.Also I noticed that I don't get hungry.unlike b4 that I eat intermittently. Now I only eat to satisfy my curiosity. Could it be the result of Omega 369? There's also a bit of firmness in my breast. It was very tender before.

Dearie, I know exactly how u feel take it lightly. Sometimes when you over anticipate, you get false preggy symptoms. Slow down on your anxiety.
Don't worry you'll get a bfp and a true preggy symptoms asap by God's grace.

Omega 3,6,9 will never cause such. Vitex is the likely culprit. It's likely still regulating you. I'll suggest you continue for now. But did you have irregular or absent periods in the first place? Vitex can mess up cycles in women with regular cycles.
