Please mamas I'm back with my questions. Been reading lots here that prompted me to ask my questions. With the result I have from hormonal test, and after reading so much here, I discovered that the LH is high, FSH is a bit out of range, Prolactin is definitely high and progesterone on the low side. Don't know if I'm correct. With this result, my gyn added only bromergon ( to Ovacare that I've been taking) Now my question is I'm I supposed to take other vitamins to help the progesterone, lh and fsh cos Gyn is not saying anything about it and I don't even know what I'm treating. Note, AF comes every month most times regular and few times irregular with a steady painless flow. Sabi people please help your fellow lady please cuts I've been too silent about this. Thank you and this is the result.

imsettled2: U need to work on ur Prolactin. It getting to d upper limit of normal. Start vitamin b.complex n take a lil more cabbage. D Progesterone already shows what's going on in d ovulatory phase A ratio of 1:3 simulates pcos The high levels is ur body making effort to stimulate follicles cos of poor response. In pcos their usually poor insulin response n that's where orthodox drug target using Metformin to lower the high glucose. U may decide to go for the drugs Or u may decide to start naturally. Introduce mild walking exercise Reduce ur carbs n sugar if possible keto diet will eliminate it faster Take cinnamon n Honey Daily. It improves insulin response U also need to start self fertility massage to get more blood to ur pelvic tissues. Supplements that can balance hormones are maca which balances all hormones in d body. And vitex has direct fsh reduction effects. 2 Likes |

tatacherie: Metformin is Metformin n all was originally made for diabetes But was noted dat in pcos deir insulin response is poor like diabetic and dat excess sugar circulating is what interferes with ovarian response and all dat. So it's used to lower d sugar in d blood so deir ovaries respond well. So d doc is in line. 2 Likes |

mamafaith202011: There's life Specialist Hospital Nnewi, there's new Mayor Hospital Nkpor and then Holy Rosary Waterside Onitsha. The last two are known to concentrate on correcting any issue to encourage natural conception while the first try natural and if not working suggest ART. If you have infection, I'll highly recommend St. Raphael Memorial at Nkpor. I heard he's also good in fertility but then we're not there yet. |

DonaTee:You're right. But my issue with them is seeing different doctors within a month and hardly meet him. So I got tired and stopped after they recommended IVF. Though I've not been there over a year so I don't know if they still change their docs like that. Cc:mamafaith202011 1 Like |

pls u may give herb a try too when TTC my testimony. after over 1yr of TTC with my wife, one of her Frnd linked her up with one mama that prepares herb, d mama said God have been helping her that those that used her herb have been conceiving within 3months, when she said the herb is 12k I laughed inside me, if she new what I've spent in d last one year in different hospital she wouldn't be telling me just 12k herb is all I needed to buy and my wifes Frnd said its even because we went with car that made her charged us that much, we both took the herb for one complete cycle and my wife told me shes not seen her period for 3days, I don't keep track again because the disappointment of over one yr has made me rely on faith, we bought preg. kit and test it shows positive, I never believed, went for blood test I never believed, until like 4weeks later we went for scan and the guy confirmed seeing it, and now we have a boy, ur old parent/ grandparent in d village knows how to reach this mama alagbo(herbs). pls give it try 1 Like |

Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by missystephen: 6:37pm On Mar 11, 2018 |
Good evening and happy mother's day to all of us. I have always been a silent reader in this forum, although, I joined officially in 2013. I got married in 2010,had my son in 2012 through CS, and have been trying in the last four years, all to no success. In 2015, prior to the last election, I and DH visited a fertility hospital and his sperm count was about 10million and I was on the other hand went through differnt tests which came out normal. However, I was advised to go through the painful HSG to ensure the tubes are open, which were ok too. My doctor assumed I was suffering anovulation, but was yet to do some blood work, before her emergency travel abroad( a philipino). Although some of the symptoms I used to feel before my ovulation disappeared after I had my first child, so, I was convinced i may not be ovulating. Did I mention that I came down with a serious candida infection when i was five month gone in 2012? Geez! It was terrible, it disappeared after delivery and came back again about 6month later. I was treated at the fertility hospital, but another bout of the itching resurfaced. Unintentionally, in 2016 I recommended and placed myself on fetilaid and vitex, I ordered it online, after using the fetilaid for a month, I realized I was not having any itch anymore, by the time I finished the 90days supply, i was totally free from infection, put my major worry -infertility was not solved. In 2017, I was quitely meditating at home when I had an inner voice to blend bitterleaf and detox my system, I looked round in the room, where am I going for this now? i asked myself, that evening I remembered there were bitterleaf plants in my church premises, just opposite my house. I sent for it and did as i was led, it was not a good one to start with- tasted awful. Well, if i would get a miracle from here, its worth the try. Nothing still happened. I added Moringa to my daily diet, while i continued with my bitterleaf. In September 2017, I moved locations, I left to another state, this time my own house all thanks to God, I used the oportunity to plant Jatrophe plant(hospital too far) and bitterleaf in my premises, I take them from time to time, to clean up against infection and to build up. Fast forward to 2018, I also decided to implore the God factor and hold on seriously, I embarked on a 21day fast, no sex, for those 21days, hubby joined as well. He on this part, cut down on carbs, removed sugar, caffein and soda completely. He began to build up, by blending up garlic and ginger, with a dash of honey, in 4litres. rubber and stored it away in the fridge and had a glass once a day. After my Af in the month of Feb, ie last month, I embarked on my banana recipe, this time i didnt heed the recomended 5th day after Af, I drank it on the 6th day, B danced on the 17th.... The rest is Glory to God on High, the yoke of barreness is broken by Jesus Himself, after all these years, my firm believe has always been to use the commonst things we consider, but are of God, I had always told God, the delay is wrecking my emotions, but today its positive. To all the TTC mums, dont give up, have a fellowship with Him, no matter the situation in this journey and how it appears, He who is above is above all things. I also forgot to mention that I take a nap at any liitle opportunity to ease stress. Your time is set, God bless us all. 31 Likes 4 Shares |
