Good day beautiful people. Please kindly help me interprete this result. Is a bulky uterus on cd 8 worrisome? And is the position of my uterus something to worry about?cc Mommdav Ekabobo pojomojo please help🙏
from my own experience, the bulkiness was caused by polyps, normal scan couldn’t pick them until i did HSG, they said it was fibroid seedlings, but when i went for a hysterescopy it was discovered its polyps..they were so tiny but very much, even when i did ovarian cyst surgery, the doctors said my uterus was bulky at the theatre. It was making me bleed inbetween periods too, which have stopped since I removed it.

Hi good afternoon great people!

Please I need you all to come to my aid.

I married my wife as a virgin about a year and six months ago and ever since having a child is becoming an issue. We have been experiencing series of miscarriages (7) now.

Whenever she missed her period we do test using the strip at home but shows negative but when we get to lab it shows positive(sample by blood). And after a week or two she will start to see blood.

Every time she visted the hospital, they ask her to buy dusphaston and vasoprine ,still no improvement.

A test was done on us VDRL (blood) and (sperm analysis) semen collected. My test came out positive (VDRL) and sperm analysis was ok.
Her test came out negative (VDRL)
Drugs was given to me and I was given malaria and typhoid drugs too in case.

Another miscarriage again. This time she went in for hormonal test at the lab. Everything came out ok except her T3 and T4 with (less than 0.2) and the Doctor says is insignificant.

This February/March again another miscarriage again.
She was placed on clomid once and letrozole too in different cycle.

I am confused and don't know what to do.
Though my wife did remove fibroid five months, before our wedding.
Please what do you suggest or think we can do.
Thank you as I await your responses.

Really sorry about your situation, I pray things work out well for you.

Are the losses first trimester losses? most first trimester losses are due to genetic issues that may need further testing.

Have you done HSG just to ascertain the condition of the womb? Post surgery, some scarring may occur in the womb causing pregnancy loss.

Once she takes in again, you might want to have an early ultrasound, around 6 weeks to check cervical length and rule out incompetent cervix.

Up your both of your diets, eat more greens and fruits, lose weight if need be, cut out alcohol and cigarette as healthy sperm and egg makes healthy babies.

Look for a reputable Gynecologist around you to work with.

Relief anxiety and have se.x for pleasure.

Pray and believe, it's the most important step.

Wish you all the best.

Thank you for your prayers and wishes.

The pregnancy is always within 34 days to 40 days (that's a month and maybe 5 to 7 days. Yes, it's the first trimester.

The Doctor we saw in the 5th (miscarriage) said is a chemical miscarriage, so he placed her on Clomid for her next cycle and the next cycle on letrozole. But the same thing happened again.

We are hoping to visit a Teaching hospital here by the next cycle.

The Doctor check to know if her cervix could not hold the pregnancy but he said everything is fine.

We are working on our diet too.

Thank you once again.

good evening mama, i will advice you get a gynecologist that will be managing you, a cyst of 5cm is actually small, hemorrhagic cyst means it has blood inside, options include cutting off the affected part surgically or draining it. I had this type of cyst which came back 6 months after surgery, so i had to watch what i eat, practice intermittent fasting, turmeric and ginger water, apple cider vinegar and no sugar. It went on it own and till date it hasn’t returned to the glory of God.

As long as its not disturbing you, it will go away on its own before next menstrual period. No need to do anything
hmmm, this is different from follicular cyst, if nothing is done it can remain there and start twisting the ovaries.

Yes
A complex cyst may add pressure on the ovaries thereby affecting ovulation. Pls try and seek ways to heal it. It doesn't resolve on its own like someone suggested. Try alternative medicine that will shrink it off before you consider surgery.

It's not that big, talk to your doctor, so it can be drain, but you also need to watch your diet, take turmeric, ginger and garlic, it will help. Happened to me, drained it twice, was placed on and injection for three months, but turmeric combination really helped me.

Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by Masab: 8:08pm On Jun 04, 2023
Please I really want to understand what’s happening in this my ttc journey.
I have used clomid for three cycles now, each cycle, the doctor always confirm that I have good eggs. Even though he said my Left ovary is the active one.
But at the end, I don’t get pregnant.
Last month I took a trigger shot and still nothing happened.
My DH was previously diagnosed of low sperm count even though we later found out it wasn’t that low 18million /ml.
I try to have sex almost everyday during my fertile window.
What should I do differently?
N.B I have a short cycle of 24/25days and should ovulate around Day 10/12days. But I went for tracking on day 14 and the doctor confirmed ovulation hasn’t happened.
I started feeling the symptoms of ovulation on D16/17/18.
Can ovulation happen that late for a 24days cycle?
Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by mbok: 10:56pm On Jun 04, 2023
Please is this result okay for SFA?
Total progressive active motility 25%
Total sluggish progressive 20%
Morphology. 25%
Total count 95 million

Please is the motility okay? If not what can I do to improve motility?
Is morphology okay too?
Thanks all for your reply
