How to prepare tigernut milk (kunu aya)

Soak d very dry nuts in a generous quantity of cold water for 2 days. Keep it in d fridge for d duration of d soaking so that d nuts do not ferment.
D other soft tiger nuts are fresh n well hydrated so u'll only need to soak those ones for a few hours or overnight.
After d soaking, wash d nuts very well n sort out d bad ones.
Put them in ur normal blender n pour just enough water to help d blades move. (U need to make this milk as concentrated n tasty as possible, u can add more water later if you wish).
At this time u can add other ingredients: coconut, ginger n other flavours of ur choice n blend them together if u want but d natural taste of tiger nut milk is so great, u wouldn't want to alter it at all.
After blending, use a chiffon cloth or tiny net material to sieve d drink from d chaff. D chiffon cloth should be brand new, thoroughly washed with dish washing liquid.
Press d cloth to make sure u squeeze out all d milk from d chaff.
Put d dry chaff back in d blender, add more water n blend again. Then strain with d clean chiffon cloth.
U can repeat d process till all d milk has been extracted, 2 times shld be enough so tht d milk won't become too watery, also keep an eye on d quantity of water.
Incase u made plenty milk n wld love to preserve for later drinking, pour d extracted milk into bottles n store in d freezer, this way it can stay fresh for 3 days or more so long as there's electricity.

@ my fellow women, plz tell me what t do in this situation. I ve four big fibriods (adenomyosis) and was told to operate but i didnt it started going bigger, it also affected my sex life cos making love with my man was very painful. I went to see many gynecologists and i was told same thing OPERATION. and i dont want to go under the knife. the last one i saw said that with the rate its growth that it will affect my inability to get pregnant, n read online about this case n the solution hysterectomy or live with try n get pregnant . The thing is m not married n since the pain became unbearable i went to see a gyn to operate it and unfortunately i discovered that there are four fibriods and one sac n was told i was pregnant n i just finished my monthly cycle. I did the blood pregnancy test, it came out negative. According to the gyn m 6weeks 4 days pregnant. I intend to keep the baby married or not n i intend to see it through till the very end.

I was diagnosed to be suffering from endometriosis in march, after been married in march 2013 without taking in. I had an HSG test and it showed endometriosis. I have been on treatment for 3 months now and have still not conceived. I have also added edmark shake off, biolizer and splina this month. Any suggestions on what to do next

@ adorablemom, I also had similar experience. I stopped seeing the ewcm during ovulation. Some doctors on birthcenter said its possible u are producing it but it could be in small quantity so it will only stay up in ur cervix, hence u won't be able to see it except if u really tdeep ur fingers right upp to the cervix. I tried that but I still didn't see anytin. Mayb I didn't deep my finger up enof. So I decided to get an ovulation prediction kit. I bought the clear blue digital ovulation kit. My sister it really worked. It helps to predict ur ovulation 12-36 hrs prior ovulation. Also I started taking my bbt( basal body temperature). I bought a digital thermometal at a pharmacy. I take my temperature first tin in the morning before gettin out of bed. I started on the 1st day of my cycle.
The bbt helps u to know after u must have ovulated. The day after I ovulated, my temperature rised about 4 degrees, that was how I knew ovulation had actually occured. I aslo heard for those that feel they aren't producing ewcm that thers a supplement called fertilecm.I didn't use that oo but a lot of people gave review on birthcenter about how it helped them. For me I didn't feel any ewcm, infact my cm arnd my ovulation was watery but still got a bfp. Just trust God. I was actually worried but dh told me to relax.I hope I was able to help.

Pls just reduce ur carbohydrate intake and eliminate all artificial sugars. Some women were lucky to see their fibroid reduce drastically during pregnancy. Lets hope that the HPT will give correct result in ur next test. I pray that God will keep U safe throughout 9mths and beyond. On the other hand, U can still seek a second opinion to see if the HPT will be positive, then do another scan. U can go to a good hospital either private or Govt. @ojitejiri check big health shops/Super markets around U. U may not get it from small pharmacies.

@Adorablemom hope U were here when coolone gave her bfp testimony. EWCM doesn't show U're ovulating or not. Some ovulate with or without. If you're in doubt, U can check for other signs like temping or u can use test strips. U can try boosting ur EWCM with EPO and grapefruit but not seeing it doesn't mean u don't ovulate. Amen to ur prayers and may God surprise U when U least expect. Amen. @Onyeze21 guess I saw this ur question sometime. Pls read thru what ayaakanoh posted from honiepie24's posts. Can't remember if sth on that is there.
