Akpamuaka..Please weep not...God is not sleeping concerning your case and that of every mothers and fathers in this forum..I truly understand the emotional pain,agony and torture you are going through at the moment...We are bound to feel discouraged as some point in time either by crying our pouring our heart out or asking questions or even looking back to our past life's,either good or bad.
Believe me,as strong as i thought i am faithfully,for the first time in my life,i cry over issue.I am a very adamant person.I wept some 2 weeks back...I have to call my Mum,Dad,brothers and Sisters..They were all consoling me like i am a baby.someone that is over 40years.
Importantly,i pick up again by crying to God in prayers.
So my Sister,after pouring your heart out.Which will make you feel light from the feeling of being discouraged,wipe the tears off your face and move on.The TTC journey is a race..Tell yourself that until you get your BFP and desired number of children,you will not give up.
I decided not to drive to church today.On my way back from church,a woman was sharing her TTC experience inside the church bus.She waited for 5 agonising years.That her in-laws were already arranging for another wife for their son.God blessed her with BFP after the 5th year with a son..2 years later,which was 2013,she had another son.Some months after she had the 2nd son,she got pregnant again.Today,she is blessed with 3 sons.Now,her in-laws hold her and children like egg.Funny enough,they are now begging her to stop with the 3 children she already has.

I can't imagine what happen 2 me in my last cycle(which has never happen before). I wz expecting 2 OV on cd15 but rather saw AF, very surprising. In all, I give glory 2 God dat I'm still alive n av hope. I believe d suffering/trouble of ttc we're facing now is nothing 2 compare with d glory/testimony dat will be revealled in us all soonest.

But few questions I want to ask, what is the location? have you confirmed you don't ovulate? How regular is your cycle? Do you bleed heavily or normal, and do you bleed in-between cycles? Has you dh had sem.en analysis? How good is his result? Other mamas will soon answer you, just cool down. Fibroid suggery is not too bad if done by a good doc but before then, other factors are always considered to be sure its the fibroid that is causing the delay. But from now, make sure you eliminate all processed sugar and junks, reduce carbs intake and increase vegies, fibre and protein. Exercise will do you good. You can also try castor oil massage while you get a second opinion on its effect based on the location. @Akpaumuaka its sometimes like that. Cheer up. It will be a thing of the past soon. Yes, you can buy those supps for him, that what I do. Most times even with my money at least if he can take it, we won't have problem. Ur dh's count seems to be going down, what supps is he on now and how long has he taking them? Don't feel bad when BIL or any relation ask those questions, its normal. Believe me, they wont criticise you behind if they can ask you, but those that pretend will go behind and tell all sorts of tales. In fact, it was because my MIL was always asking my dh what is going on that he accepted to go to hospital with me after telling me to go alone for about a month and I insisted its either we go together or I won't go. Good morning dear. She can try drink coconut water like four days a week n also aloe vera gel. Coconut water is a coolant with many other health benefits.
As for detox,I use asheitu n water therapy, nothing complex. Hope this helps.
