I am supposed to be in my fertile period according to my calculations but only 3 days ago I noticed some itching in my private place. D itching got worse n milky coloured watery discharge started coming out. I got worried. I swallowed metronidazole N refused to be with dh. I summoned courage to tell him today. (He is doc )n he said my constant abuse of antibiotics Is responsible for d discharge. Long n short of d story is that there will be no bd. Am so angry. Ladies in d house does anyone of u suffer from recurrent uti after bd. That is d main reason I use antibiotics. If so ,any ideas on how to prevent it. I can't BECOS of UTI stop bd n dh insists I must stop antibiotics . Am sorry for d long post

@ Tsquaure, your husband should examine you, you may be having an infection. You can prevent UTIs by drinking at least 3L of water everyday and urinating immediately after bd but since you are ttc, you should try an empty your bladder during ttc period so you don't have to get up so quickly afterwards, but after ttc period, you empty your bladder immediately after bd.

@ MeldMum, your veejay jay may be trying to tell you that you may have Vagina candidiasis or thrush infection which can easily be treated, what time of your cycle is this, well Long and short, you need a medical practitioner to examine you to rule out any infection, ttc is not the time to look at any infection and allow it linger, you will be examined, they will take a high vaginal swab for m/c/s and you will get results and be prescribed with appropriate medications dear. i am 30, Married, Been TTC for a while. Scan showed i have a functional Ovarian cyst of 50X46mm with clear fluid. its painless, it was a missed period that required the scan.

my doctor suggetsed surgery but i told them i would come back.

i got on the internet and started looking for SERA-PEP-TASE in stores but didnt find, someone suggested ACV, but i remember i took them some time ago and had issues with my teeth, so i decided to go for capsule form.

i have also started losing weight with XENICAL.

i now noticed that my period came with lots of fluid in it. also dark stains on my painty liners days after my period....i feel a turg in the area of my cyst always and i feel FUNNY. am going for another scan in a few hours and would come for an update.

been taking ACV capsules- 3 daily for the past 5 days.

Am lost at what to do now, i just hope this ACV workds so i can have a bfp.

scan carried out yesterday revealed a 30*47mm mass near my right ovary.
had to do a vaginal scan and it showed my ovaries and womb are all fine. Meaning d cyst is detaching it self from d ovaries.
am going for hormonal assay.
the mass has reduced by 20mm in just five days. am so greatful to God. it can only b him.
Congrats to Vivi who got her bfp this month.

I used to pee immediately after bd at d early stages of our marriage but since ttcing I have stopped o.Plenty water n Wiping my vjay from front to bottom was prescribed by dh. That's what I am doing to take care of d uti for now.
Melsmum do go for a Hsv I came across a write up on even common candidasis
That surprised me.any infection no matter how small is bad for u now. Infact I am trying to psyche my self up to start a liquid juice detoxification
it is my hope that any further infection and toxins will be cleansed from my system.

@moonert, from google, I read you can do it at National hospital and ultrasound clinic behind ABC transport, Utako if they have not relocated because the poster that posted on google said she did it there in 2011 and she got her bfp the following month after the flushing.

yes, my BMI is 36.8 which is way above 30 the highest expected.
so I was advised to lose weight, shrink d cyst since I Dont want to be operated upon before I take in.
too much abdominal fat on me, I look 6months gone.
he advised that for a smooth pregnancy, I should loss weight.
plus am so obese that breathing is even difficult for me and when u see me, u would just think I am pregnant because am also busty.

the XENICal is so so crazy.
the good news now is that the scan I did yesterday...(TVS) showed that d cyst is reducing in size.
