More trouble seems to be pouring for embattled former speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly and member representing Etinan Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon Elder Sam Ikon as barely one week after the American Ambassador to Nigeria, wrote a letter to the Speaker, House of Representatives on his (Ikon) sex escapades in the United States while on official assignment, Sam Ikon has allegedly landed himself in another sex scandal as an Uyo businessman is accusing the Etinan born sex addict of having a romantic affair with his wife.

The enraged husband, (name withheld) accused Ikon of allegedly taking over his wife, one Mrs. Itoro, an Annang woman, mother of three and a staff of one of the ministry in the employ of the Akwa Ibom State Government in Uyo.

The man alleged that the lawmaker bought his wife a Lexus jeep as well as built a duplex for her worth over #35 million at Osongama estate in Uyo. The husband lamented that with the millions splashed on his wife by Ikon, his wife no longer has time for him or the children but spends the weekend at her new residence in Osongama whenever Ikon is in town. He lamented that the situation got worse when his wife will travel to Abuja to sleep with Ikon on the grounds that she is travelling on official duty as a representative of her ministry for a retreat in Abuja only for him to verify from the Permanent Secretary of the ministry who denied that such a retreat is in place let alone the ministry sending the wife as a representative.

He noted with dismay that Ikon normally lodges his wife at Transcorp Hotel and Bolingo whenever she flies to meet him in Abuja, regretting that because of Ikon, his wife has almost abandoned their three children. The husband declared that he warned Ikon to leave his wife alone but he will not hear and threatened to report the affair to Sam Ikon’s church.
