One of the nominees, Mrs. Vivian Okeke of Anambra State failed when she was asked to recite the National Anthem of Nigeria. Another was Alhaji Ibrahim Bida of Niger state who is the current in Turkey but could not recite the National Pledge when asked. But yet, some states were disqualified because they could not meet the criteria, so I ask, WHAT IS THE CRITERIA? when some people keep disgracing us.
