The white folks came the blinded us with religion and took away our reasoning resource now let us examine what this religions has done so far.
*Religion has limited the thinking of africans,religious people dont think outside the box they just follow what the leader says. many africans see science as a sin,they have no time to think of innovative idea to develop themselves and their society. they are scared to go to the extreme so as not to sin.majority swallow evething the are thought without questions, they are sheeps controlled by religious leaders
*religion has made people lazy and not innovative. instead of thinking of new strategies to improve their lives,instead the wait for miracles to happen,instead of hardwork, dedication and planning.they would rather waste time praying and jumping from place to place hoping for life changing miracle. No wonder africa is the most religious and the most poorest continent on earth.
*religion has brougth division and hatred among africans.take nigeria for example we have experienced crisis,killings,war all in the name of religion, a christain can not stay in a muslim crowded area because of fear, neither can a muslim live freely among christains.there is constant hatred among us, even in NAIRALAND.to also mention PARISBOOKADDICT who happen to have a vandetta againt islam(what a waste of time,u should find something better to do gurl.)
*and not to forget religion has made it possible for some individuals to scam people without them knowing...that is why some daddy GOs,bishops,pastors.live in mansions,have private jets and go for check up overseas,all from the pocket of poor religious illitrates who cant even afford to go to the hospital or afford his next meal and this same pastor will tell u love ur neighbour and feed the poor.can u imagine a daddy G.O.having $150m in his acct and his preaching help the poor.smh.

Africans!!! The only setback continent that the world have.

We keep playing Christianity as if it was created by us while looking at the white folks that brought it as the unbelievers. The Isrealites are now a counterfeit while Africans are now the spiritual Isrealites.

We've been using the religious approach to solve our problems yet nothing works out. Why not using another approach instead of making the same mistake by invoking the religious concept.

In some few years ago, Sango was the god of thunder but now it is no longer sango but Yahweh.

I agree with u @hcpaul.africans are really at the suffering end of the globe we are tied by many mental shackles which we dont want to be free from.we have this black man mentality stopping us from creating new ideas that is why we depend on the white man for almost everything.
