Please, what's the motive behind this question asked by some interviewers "do you know anybody personally in our company?" Does it mean even if one doesn't do well in the interview and you personally know somebody, you could be considered?

Not really. Some of them ask that question based on the nature of them company. Some believe that for you to be there there must have been an insider in the company who tipped you off concerning a vacancy . And don't even think they will tell you they are going to employ you if you didn't do well. That's left for who so ever that is bringing you in. Finally , it's one of the many rots in Nigeria today cos it points out to one thing "CONNECTION".

God bless you for this. Some peeps inherit negative traits and thoughts from birth. I need not have a job before i can offer solution to people's problem. Come to think of it, they don't realize this might be work.
