Cactus, your topic "NO MORE WEBSITES PLEASE": I think better questions to ask, at the very least, are: 1) How many of the workers even know they have a website? 2) How many of them actually visit the website? Out of this number, how many visit more than a few pages? 3) Who do the complaints go to or is it possible that the email address was created (if at all) and it is just sitting in limbo? 4) How many of them actually care that the website is not working? 5) Do they have a department/outsource company dedicated to fishing out such problems or is it a case of "website coded in 2005 (or whatever year), it is out the door and everything works fine till we are ready for another redesign"? |
