State Laws versus federal laws, this bill ain't going nowhere. A Nigerian has a constitutional right to move around in to any part of the country lawfully.

Yes, a Nigerian. But a cattle has no constitutional rights to move around.

Shame on Enugu State governor that folds his hands & refuses to do d necessary thing to secure his tribal(Igbo) people from being slaughtered like animals by herdsmen just because he wants to be loved by Hausa/Fulani politicians & future political benefits(may be 2019 vice presidency/presidency to become president/vice president of Nigeria). An average Igbo man values money/popularity/power more than their brothers/sisters. They value money/unlimited power more than integrity and honesty. Shame on d Igbo political leaders. Yorubas people are d bravest in this our modern time. Taking risk to defend/protect d poors & helpless will make God to promote Fayose higher in life & polities. " Anybody that refuses to stop murderers from commiting murder when he/she has d power is the highest murderer"

All Fulani herdsmen should not be allowed to wander beyond their states of origin.
They should cultivate grass within their own borders instead of trespassing the lands of other states in search of greener pastures of other hardworking farmers.

A governor like Rochas will never do a thing like that. He is only good at kissing Hausa peoples' arses, thinking that they would support him for a presidential race. But I am damn sure that he will be disappointed.

There is nothing like state vs federal here. You are still allowed to move around except that you cannot move around with cows and guns. If you are caught, you face the music squarely.

Who will implement the law. Ekiti police or NPF controlled by FGN. Without state police, this law will not work.

Finally, the movement has commenced. Other governors should follow Fayose's footsteps biko

There is a saying in yoruba. It goes; "omo buruku ni ojo rere ti e". Meaning, a useless person can do something fantastic one day. As useless as Fayose is, he just proven that saying to be true.

*modified
All those people quoting me and saying;
1. Fulani are roaming with guns. I believe not just Fulani but anybody in possession of AK47 if not a security agent is a terrorist and should be arrested. I have personally never seen a Fulani wielding one.
2. Fulani are destroying people's farmlands, I don't know which state in Nigeria is that legal? Anybody found vandalizing people's farmlands should arrested.
BUT you can't deny people their means of legitimate livelihood for political reasons.
of cuz there's right to move anywhere, buh where in the constitution is any right to cause public nuisance?
