Rextab:
run a cable from the siting room to ur bedroom.from the Dstv put a connecter on the RF out port.then to the Tv plug it on RF in. Then do an Auto scan on the Tv

note: whatever that is show in the siting room is what u will be watching u cant change channel in ur room execpt if you have dual LMB and a decorder
first go to the dish unscreew the lmb and insert the dual LMB connect the existing wire into port1 and connect ur own wire in the second port run the wire into the decorder that is in your room and u re on your way to watch whatever u want if u re able and capable to subscribe monthly

@ all the gurus, pls i want to know how i can do rf extension from a decoder in the siting room to tvs in 3 or more rooms of thesame house.. Pls i have tried but i noticed that d rooms that ar far doesnt show colourd picture and ar not clear at all. Is there anyway i can do it witout joinin wires from 1 room to another. Pls i need to know how to make it display clear coloured pictures in a far room. Thanks 4ur responses.

How did u join the wires at the point where it went to the rooms. Try using F-connectors for the cable ends and iron tv plugs. They are more reliable. Then use an euroster 4-way splitter for the central joint. If this doesn't work, go to ur satellite dealer and get a signal amplifier. The cheap ones will do. And connect it just after the output fron the decoder. Dis should boost the signals to the far rooms and make it clear.

I tracked multi tv and dstv with azsky g1 gprs, now only multi tv shows dstv stopped showing after my decoder updated by itself. Am using 4669x.
The gi gprs blinks red on both etisalat and airtel.
Pls what can I do to get back dstv and what other fta satellites can I track with this decoder?

Track with dis freq 10992 v 27500. Fine tune and blindscan. At ur location, u cant get much from nilesat on a 1.8m dish.

Hi good day to all the good people of this great forum, pls i am looking for any good installer (for dish) who stay around minna Niger state, Coz I have just acquired a new 3.6m fibre dish, and try to track one of this sat (Astra uk, Eurobird1 at 28.5'E and hotbird at 13'E) but i couldn't hit green. Go for 4922A. Its a really good machine. Very cheap and still delivers. I've set it for two of my friends and i was pleasantly surprised by its responsiveness.

No u cant. Loop wouldnt solve the problem either as u most select the channels within the same satellite and frequency before the two receivers can work. Aside dat, the primary rx will work but the secondary receiver will show no or bad signal.

Ur best bet is to get dual view lnb's and replace all ur 4 lnb's. Then get extra diseqc for the other receiver. Dat way, all will work independently.
