US's 2nd amendment given citizen rights to rebel and fight an illegitimate gov.

There many type of certificate. Every winner in Kenya get a certificate showing they have won. Or how else would they show they have won.

Ruto and his running mate will get handed certificate declaring they are President-Elect.

Raila will have 7 days to file a petition in supreme court - which must be heard and determined in 14-28 days.

If he doesnt Ruto will be sworn in 2nd Tuesday from now.
