A man whose car got stuck at the newly constructed tunnel in Owerri, Imo state -has blamed governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha for the tragedy. Scores of citizens have complained about the tunnel which has been flooded due to downpour. But yesterday night, this Imo resident felt disappointed and downcast after falling victim to the "infamous" road. He wrote on his Facebook wall; That moment u were among those shouting owelle we know last year,and yesterday ur car got trapped at the new tunnel built by owelle.
